New Broker Referral Program
Maryland Health Connection, in cooperation with the professional associations of insurance agents and brokers, has established a referral network intended to offer assistance from authorized brokers. If you would like the services of a local independent broker, call 1-877-304-9934 (or 410-268-6877). You will be given the contact information for a local broker who can assist you.

Consumer Support Center Hours Extended
To provide additional assistance through the end of Open Enrollment, the Consumer Support Center has extended hours: Wednesday, March 26-Sunday, March 30: 7 AM to 10 PM and Monday, March 31: 8 AM to Midnight. Please call 1-855-642-8572 to speak with a consumer support specialist.
New Hotline Available to Provide Assistance Through End of Open Enrollment
If you have experienced technical difficulties with our website and are seeking coverage beginning May 1, please call 1-800-396-1961 by March 31st. By calling the hotline, you will be registered to receive additional assistance to enroll for coverage. Once registered, you will be contacted during the 1st two weeks of April to complete your enrollment.
If you started an application at MarylandHealthConnection.gov by March 31, 2014, but had difficulty enrolling, you may still be eligible to purchase health coverage that begins May 1.
If you did not begin the application process before the March 31 deadline, you may contact the consumer support center at 1-855-642-8572 to find out if you may be eligible for a special enrollment period.
